| Pay your HOA dues online |

This just in from RS Fincher. Should make it easier for us all to pay the assessments. We are now offering 2 additional options for paying assessments. Credit card and E-Check. We will still be offering the mail in option, but we would like to remind everyone to include the payment coupon with the check so that it will be correctly applied to each account. Hopefully this will help curb the delinquent accounts, as well as, provide some more convenience to the HOA assessment experience.
To make a credit card or e-check payment you MUST provide the following information before proceeding:
Association number: This information is provided on your coupon booklet.
Account number: This number is also provided on your coupon booklet.
If you do not have this information, please contact RS Fincher at 919-362-1460 before proceeding. You will NOT be able to complete the transaction without the above information.
(WHEN USING A CREDIT CARD FOR PAYMENT THE FINANCIAL INSTITUTION DOES CHARGE A SMALL CONVENIENCE FEE).
